Interesting stuff. Always difficult to ‘weigh in’ the lived experience (winners, losers and neutral) to the evidence base. That i suppose is where the “politics” takes over.

It all seems a bit bleak. Not sure what’s the political/economic way out?
- Keynesian orthodoxy and a large public spending programme?
- rejoin EU or something like Customs Union to improve the trading conditions?
- any other options?
