I have way less knowledge on the games industry but it would be SAG-AFTRA members and any guilds if there are any for the artists that help make the games yeah

Just a clarification but there's no such thing as Oscar "judges" its purely just members of the academy such as actors, directors, editors, etc.
Also as of this or last year if you are voting you are required to have seen every movie in the category.
