It's very inconsistent, Cheaty procs only once on your own face but not twice, forged Disposalbot procs 5 times, and leeches sometimes don't proc at all. Here's another user who discovered a similar issue to the one I found from Cheaty Anklebiter's interaction:

I stayed in Bossier City/Shreveport when it had its first snow in 13 years. Even though it may be "small" relative to other states, driving ability, electrical/plumbing, city ordinances were all woefully unequipped for such weather. A Blizzard will be even more problematic.
