Can anyone explain why the NBA isn't punishing the Chicago Bulls for doing such a terrible job of managing their arena that a game had to be cancelled due to constant condensation on the floor?

Just watched two spurs defenders literally not touch SGA on his way to the rim and he got the foul call anyway. The #NBA is so disgustingly rigged I wish more than anything else that the FBI would hit this fraud league with the racketeering charge they deserve for letting refs fix games for decades
