Auf die Ohren! Kai Ambos zu den Plänen der CDU: “Den Entzug der Staatsangehörigkeit sieht das Strafrecht nicht vor.
Das käme auch einer Sanktion gleich, die eher an die mittelalterliche Verbannung als an ein rechtsstaatliches Strafrecht erinnert.”

He say that it can be an important yardstick for ethical and legal theories, but we must use it more carefully. Watch for that!
