There seems to be construction at the exit 4A Derry rail trail tunnel. Does anybody have info on the construction schedule following the 60 day judicial pause for negotiation?

so the whole thing is now moot. She pleads to basically a double parking offense, but she likely can't serve on the court anymore. She didn't participate in cases before now and can't hear new cases since she retires in 4 months.

State leaders who say “New Hampshire already spends a lot on education” or “ the state just increased state aid” are missing the point. The legislature has defined “adequacy” in the education laws. Whatever portion of total education that is has to be paid by the state.

The result from the decision is not more money for the total statewide education, but less funding from local education property taxes. Every school district should have lower property taxes when the state complies with its duty to use state funds to pay for state required education of students.

I don't even get the 51st state crap. By my comparison with the US, Canada would be 9 states, with 18 senators and 46 congressman.
