The Christian Care Foundation has partnered with the Phoenix IDA since 1985. We recently closed a $79.1M refunding bond for Fellowship Square Surprise, refinancing its 14.6-acre senior living campus with 313 units. We’re proud to support quality senior housing in Arizona.

Today is "Roof Over Your Head Day," and that means a lot to us. Why? We assist low- and moderate-income individuals and families with down payment and closing cost assistance, plus low-interest mortgage loans. We also invest in affordable housing projects in Phoenix.
