Is that really the prevailing view of AI? That it's a net negative for society? I'm not really an expert on this but I don't view GPTs as a plagiarism machine that doesn't work. It's helped me save time creating powerpoint presentations for work because it does all that mundane formatting.

If someone is going to get news on a Saturday night it won't be from watching freaking CNN. BONUS if there is breaking news on a Saturday night, you'll get a notification on your smart phone if you actually pay attention to the news and don't spend your days complaining about air.
