THE STRANGERS: CHAPTER 2 @ #fantasticfest starts with how many people were killed by strangers. This cheap attempt to stoke fear is insulting: almost all women are killed by men they know. In my home of DC, false fears of crime are the reason we’re occupied by national guard and federal police.

Once when I was visiting from college, my dad was supposed to pick me up from the airport. Instead he sent his friend to get me, a friend who was drinking in the airport. I only realized this on the way home; then I was trapped in a car with a drunk driver. America feels like that, right now.

I don’t know how many different ways to say that agency personnel don’t work for Elon. They don’t have to report to Elon. They report to their agency leadership, which reports to the President.
