Sounds pretty brain dead to me. A house that is unlivable and hence out of the rental market- will only make things worse. It’s better to have it re-modeled and back in the market! Taxing something that alleviates a problem is pretty brain dead to me! Liberal indeed!

What’s the point of being on a platform where there is no diversity of opinion? I find Bluesky being a platform that is very woke and has a one point agenda of calling Trump and Elon names. At least on X there were strong voices on both sides with a lot of points and counterpoints.
