So glad to hear that the Assad regime is out, but it's still such a dangerous time for the Syrian people. It's rare for **violently overthrown** dictatorships to be replaced with anything other than dictatorships. I'm hoping for the best for Syria.

Not to say that it hasn't always been heavily prevalent in society, but it does kind of feel like people are becoming more motivated by it than they were in the recent past
