I can see the antagonists being a combination of people. A Giant faction that supports Loki, perhaps BB and his crew, maybe Uroge, the holy knights or navy. We know the WG had some connections with Elbaf through Mother Caramel, maybe they’ve built more of a presence there.

Perhaps, there’s already few allies on Elbaf, though. Hajrudin, Dorry, Brogy, and Saul, most likely.
