No. We used a subcontractor for that. We were doing other home renovations so went with contractor’s sub. Xcel also has a list of approved contractors that they’ll give you rebates on, if you improve the R factor enough, but have to do blow tests before and after.

We replaced our old gas boiler with a heat pump last April sometime. It was a huge project. We upgraded our insulation at the same time. Stafford Home Services was fantastic.
