The problem is, it's Not Good, by comparison to AtLA.
It's still fine watching, and has essential elements to later developments. Still worth it.
Though, as others say; Korra is very up and down in its overall quantity. There's still lots of fantastic stuff in there.

My go to is often Magali's Scrapper Champion. Beyond the art just being beautiful, we have an image suggesting inventiveness and resolve. You want to know who this is, while seeing this is really how the people of Avishkar are.

A fair assessment. Even small moments sometimes feel like nods to certain stuff.
Like the 'momma bear' moment in episode two gave some strong Gremlins vibes. (Esp. with the reverse grip on the bottle)

Yeah, it gets a bad rap from everyone because of the name, and it's kinda that way on purpose.
it's more a philosophy than religion, really. But the (imho, good) version is mainly; you get one shot, make it good.

I'm far from an expert, but if they're aware of the history of satanism, it's sure to be an interesting read.

Didn't realize you were involved in that one!
As a big Stargate fan, I didn't really appreciate the style shift in SGU, but in the final few episodes it turned into a show I really wanted more of. (And that last ep was a hell of a ender)

I lean to 4 being most $ (seems trendy)
I'd say 1 is least. (Seems poorly fit to model, like a generic coat)
And I think 3 may be the best value. But I've forgotten my materials, and 2 could take it here.
