129S2/SvPas mice are susceptible to #hypertension from dietary #electrolyte manipulation. In a #doxorubicin-induced #proteinuria model, 129S2/SvPas mice proved resistant to proteinuria compared to 129S1/SvImJ mice, and proteolytic processing of #renal #ENaC was not increased
