As children, mindfulness was our natural state of being. Therefore, things were also more magical and time did not exist.
When we do the same things as we liked as kids we will find it easier to smile.

Sadness is an emotion that is partly there to show us what we are missing and longing for in life. Our feelings are rarely good leaders but they can be great guides in order to help us understand what we need to change.

Self care is so critically important and I think we all need to get better at it. It doesn’t have to be expensive. It’s free to stay in bed for an extra hour or to take a walk in the forest.
