Personally, I’ve not had any back pain related to my chest size, but bra shopping (and certain types of clothes shopping - I think I’ve somewhat figured out shirts for myself) can be tricky and sometimes demoralizing, lol. I’ve found that bras without underwire work the best (note: not sports bras).
