RIGHT? They really went all out for a first impression.
What REALLY gets me is not only did they manage to get one whole solid depiction of a region in on their first go around... They then followed it up with TWO of them on the SAME HARDWARE??? LIKE. IN LESS THE SPACE OF AN AVERAGE JPG???

Also note that Japan's National Route 1 literally runs right through Mishima like. It's literally. WAAAAAAAAAAAGH ITS SO COOL sorry.
Not to be like "Thing, Japan" because I can guarantee once I get to obsessing over future regions (especially Unova) I'm going to be just as passionate.

Mt. Fuji is the Mt. Silver analogue, making Mishima and its surrounding districts the analogue for Viridian City. I've modelled Viridian in my comic off of the maps of Downtown Mishima, including Rakujuen Park (which is a bit more open layout in my comic but... That's besides the point.)
