They recently decided to delay the game release past October 31st and so it might have something to do with that.

I kinda agree, in my experience though, T2, T3 and bits emotes are rarely used simply because not a lot of people necessarily have them so they are completely forgettable.

There is now some supported evidence that the drop in views is due to a filter list update that happened around the same time as this issue started.
Ad blockers may now blocking specific API calls they consider to be "tracking," but the same API call is what counts someone watching as a view.
