This is a combo spin using a braid of Montana Corriedale and braid of Babydoll South Down dyed by apothefaery As well as a braid of Corriedale dyed in the color Smokey Azurite dyed by ewe2me2u
Pre wash I got about 788yards of a 3 ply sport/dk yard.

Finished The Hate U Give last Saturday. While I did really enjoy this book I do feel like I’m not the target audience. I feel like this is more of a read for people without color to be more empathetic for others living in the US.

Deeply moving and an exercise in empathy on the readers part. This book,while difficult at times, was a wonderful look at a generation/s of men raised in a time with strict ideas of what being a man in the rural south meant. And now living in a world that’s changing faster than they are.

Really been enjoying how much I’ve been using my local library lately.
Today I finished Swimming in the Dark by Tomasz Jedrowski
Took me a sec to get used to his writing style but in the end I really enjoyed this read. Beautifully written story of queer love during a hard time in history. 4.25/5⭐️

This was totally my kind of book.
Lovable characters, all with their own flaws, but still lovable. I was rooting for them even when they were being the worst. Totally worth the read.
