Rugby needs to recognise that sometimes a penalty is reward enough. You don't need a yellow because there were 3 penalties.

Happy for Franco Mostert that the red card has been rescinded. I don't believe officials need to be faultless but finding a permanent red card for that when a bunker review could have resolved it still stinks.
