Like many, nature still amazes me. Recently I felt a deep emotional free fall with a deep field picture from the James Webb space telescope. Got the same with details of Saturn rings from the Cassini probe. Recently in video game, Animal Well also gave me this joyful experience.

It is only horizontal scan-lines. There is no grid in front of the phosphor surface, so the electron beam freely draws horizontal lines :)

It seems to be a delicate subject, in my opinion there are few effects that works well, doubling the font resolution usually works. Like the zoom out in axiom verge, that was epic
