It will always baffle me how easily people will believe that the poor, the sick, the marginalized, and the immigrant are the cause of their problems, rather than the people in the most powerful positions in our country who refuse to fix problems and exploit them instead.

The word I would use to describe this time in America is chaos.

The Trump administration, in its efforts to consolidate power, is stoking division between states and people and creating uncertainty and fear.

I don’t doubt it will be looked back on as one of the worst periods in American history.
