This is an interesting paper on the global distribution of authorship in economics journals. It shows that authors from low-income countries remain severely underrepresented and are far less likely to publish in top-tier outlets even controlling for citations.

This is an interesting paper on the global distribution of authorship in economics journals. It shows that authors from low-income countries remain severely underrepresented and are far less likely to publish in top-tier outlets even controlling for citations.
