Allegheny County Council is voting tomorrow to repeal a portion of the 2021 ban on the use of solitary confinement, restraint chairs, pepper spray, and leg shackles in the Allegheny County Jail. Contact your district reps today and urge them to vote NO on overturning any portion of the ban.
