honestly i personally dont care about my photos but the people around me do LOL. i dont take photos. 99% of my gallery is pictures of bills and documents. when i am old and grey i will regret this.

didnt even need to jailbreak, it took like 15 mins beginning to end lmao. those repair guys telling to replace the entire motherboard just to get my data were smoking something

HELP any tech savvy people around? my iphone SE 2020 is stuck in a 3 min bootloop. i'd like to get my data off this phone, so is there:
1) any way of jailbreaking ios 18.1.1 within 3 minutes lol
2) a way of suppressing checkins from thermalmonitord, which is what is causing the bootloop

I don't think it's that -- it's failing to receive checkins from a specific sensor (mic 1, bottom of phone), so it'll restart even when my phone isn't even slightly warm.

yes, yes, and i think the relevant part of the panic log is "no successful checkins from thermalmonitord" and "Missing sensor(s): mic1" (on the lightning assembly)

im hoping that disabling thermalmonitord will at least me temporarily use the phone for longer

according to ifixit its either going to be a lightning assembly issue (i should be able to do it myself) or a connection issue on the board (i am DEFINITELY not going to be able to do it myself) and if im not sure i dont really wanna do it lol

yeah and is your "professional" software supposed to help me, the person with a broken phone, or you, who wants to diagnose problems as quickly and easily as possible. yeah im pretty sure if you replace the entire motherboard it'll be fixed!

ALSO the phone repair shops are USELESS im so mad. wouldnt even read my panic logs. boutta fix it myself out of SPITE

ik theres a few hardware fixes i can try but it's sorta expensive unless i want to learn how to microsolder real quick lmao. id rather just get my data off and get a new phone

is it because of the feeling that if you're going to play it anyway it may as well be on stream so it can be Content so the time is not wasted

the online community is so weird about silksong and similar games. i finished the game (sunk cost fallacy) but i had zero fun streaming it... speaking as someone who's also garbage at games.
