Yes. MAGA can't grasp this was by design. They see the world taking advantage of us and fail to realize we set it up that way to keep the world dependent on us. We are not being taken advantage of. We pay more to keep them weaker than us.

It is a good move. One of the ways America retains superiority is by selling reduced capability versions of their equipment to other nations. They disincentive those nations R&D into advanced weapons and keep them dependent on the US. Other countries need to stop purchasing US weapons.

At this point I'm disowning them. I ignored a text from my mom a couple days ago and today she tried to call and I just let it go to voicemail. At some point I will have to have the conversation but I don't have the energy right now.

I hate it but this is true. People will suffer, but the only way people will actually open their eyes is when Trump completely breaks everything and they realize it isn't getting better. Let's hope we can repair the damage.

Gen Brown is a wonderful leader who has earned every promotion he has ever received. We know what they are doing. Everyone they are targeting is black or female. What's insidious about this purge is the outright assumption that anyone who is a minority or female was hired because of DEI not merit.

The largest money laundering bust in US history was Russians operating out of Trump Tower. I've always assumed Trump's Russian ties were him being beholden to the Russian mob because that is where he got his money after screwing over enough American banks.

NPS didn't do it and have been locked out of their own website. Their Social Media feed is savaging the Trump Administration. I've never seen a government agency publicly take shots at a sitting president like this. They are going down swinging.

Absolutely. Also, cutting off USAID funds to Africa has left a giant power vacuum for China to fill. They have been aggressive in their Africa policy and they are already moving. Foreign aid isn't the US wasting taxpayer dollars. It's a form of diplomacy. This will actually make America less safe.

I'm curious what makes you believe there is a credible threat of Marburg spreading to the US? Have you seen something that makes you concerned it will hit us?
