Side note: we were drinking Dark Mild in Manchester on the night of Theresa May’s snap election and a big cheer went up when the exit polls announced a hung parliament. Since then we’ve had over 40 prime ministers and everything has got worse. Not sure what the moral of this story is.

Back in 2017 we brewed a Dark Mild with our (genuine, not made up for social media) friend Tim at Fell. Now he’s up here and we’re brewing exactly the same beer again, just because we fancy it. So that’s nice.
