Interesting! Honestly my biggest concern is that I won’t vibe with the Apple Pencil because I have been using my screen tablets since 2014. Thanks for your insight.

Thanks for your insight on this! I was curious if this would be the case. I don’t think I would use it to make my actual comic beyond thumbnails, so this is really good to know!

That’s been my biggest hurdle to getting one. I love the way my tablets feel and the one time I tried a friend’s iPad, it felt very foreign to me. Thanks for your thoughts!

To those who draw on an iPad: do you like it? Which model do you use? 😅

I’ve never used an iPad for art, but I’ve been traveling a lot and I’m thinking it could come in handy. I normally draw on an XP Pen 24 Pro (or an old Cintiq 13HD if I’m on the road, but it’s not very ergonomic)

Totally a normal business practice to request updates and push for your order if it's late. It seems like they lose track of their orders from time to time since they're a small team, so I'm sure they'd appreciate the reminder.

That’s a slippery slope for all of us.

Once a platform starts banning NSFW art on arbitrary terms, it opens the door to more censorship. It’s not a far leap given our current political/social landscape that platforms ban all NSFW, then could quietly associate LGBTQ+ with NSFW.

That's really bad.

I generally keep my NSFW on a separate page (@pilotmilehighclub.bsky.social btw) but I wanted to address some of the terms that were updated on bsky recently.

As an artist, I worry about vague censorship rules. When rules are written loosely, it’s not protection, it’s compliance in advance. 👀
