The greatest surprise was finding that I had kids in the 6th grade who could type 25 wpm with 100% accuracy. Some 5th graders managed 15 wpm with near 100%. And one 7th grader who is not a native Portuguese speaker won that class’s tournament with 40 wpm, and ~98% accuracy. Amazing.

We found that she has some heart insufficiencies, but they’re small and could’ve always been there, but she’s going back in 6 months for another EKG. Other than that, her lungs are better, so the coughing was definitely because of the dust kicked up by construction next door.
