The code change in dispute does not modify consensus rules. All kinds of data have been embedded on chain in the past and if the system remains censorship resistant, that property will persevere. Suggesting that some kind of criminal floodgate has opened is dishonest. And Luke knows that.

The bitcoin community is fighting over an upcoming software change that one developer has warned will be the end of bitcoin. He has reportedly discussed creating a trusted group of censors with the authority to alter data recorded on chain.

Did you try replacing the power supply, SD card, operating system, kernel config file, heat sinks, and all the other software?
Sometimes that's that the "gentle nudge" you need to get a RPi to cooperate.
