Of course he knows the difference but he has NEVER had to play by the rules. He was and is a bully....a hurt, small, white, man-child, thinking that what he wants is what he deserves. Ingratiated only to his small and wordless brain.

Many of us never trusted the presidency, the congress, law enforcement and other order keeping services in this country because they never truly served our needs. Even though we were/are tax payers, law abiding, voters and Americans. So many of YOU are just finding out what we knew already.
