The book is also finally receiving an ebook version! Both things are currently in review in the Kindle store. The ebook might yet turn out to be bugged, due to the story's heavy use of UTF-8, but I will try to catch it early if so. (The online previewer is not useful to spot problems.)

I keep reporting this bug, but obviously nothing's been done about it. Why care about people who aren't using your platform?

At least you got an acknowledgement for one second? I don't have a Facebook account, but my late mum did, and I have tried for literal years to get access to it. The account recovery page keeps telling me I'm "going too fast". (I try once every couple of months, which does not strike me as speedy.)

With apologies, this got very little editing. I got sick during my vacation and it's actually resurged pretty hard. I am worried it might be pneumonia; I expect it will go away on its own, but it's disrupting my sleep and it's surprisingly hard to convince my brain not to give in to panic attacks.

Quick heads-up: The Sky's Umbilical Cord is on a mini-hiatus because I am on a three-week vacation with a guest that will be demanding my full attention. 💕 Next instalment in four weeks.

Useless trivia: I usually have a scene ready by Friday to post up for Saturday schlaupdate that just needs to be polished into shape. This time, I only had half a scene and had to write the rest. It's been one of those weeks - but I did it. :)
