The Anglicare rental survey reveals growing 🏠 crisis. Of 51,000 properties, 352 affordable for those on min wage & just 3 rooms in sharehouses affordable for those on JobSeeker. No rentals affordable for a person on Youth Allowance. Time for neg gearing tax reform, rent caps & govt investment.
