literally every year they just tweak the rules to hurt the g5. g5 team makes the 4 team playoffs? 12 teams and only on g5 team gets to go. we accidentally let boise get a bye? no more conference champs get byes. 2 g5 schools make the playoffs? let's make sure every p4 champ and ND make it every year

week 17 rankings. no change in the top 30; only way anything would've changed is if navy, montana, or illinois state lost. removed fcs schools that lost, added 4-loss fbs schools that are playing a strong matchup that could get them ranked

If a college football team declines a bowl game they should receive a postseason ban for the following year. If a college basketball team declines an invitation to the NCAAT or NIT or WNIT they should receive a postseason ban for that year and the following year (thus no CBI and no CBC)
