Over-optimism can certainly contribute to initiatives rolling out too fast which either lethally mutate or are not sustained, but… without a bit of optimism, a bit of excitement at what is possible, would anything ever change?

Really enjoyed your keynote Gareth! Important to have a critical lens to avoid lethal mutations. And always love a Star Wars reference.
