A great option, for sure. Another great one for folks who want to own their data and set up a blog is PiPup. You already have an account (your Bluesky account) and your blog posts are stored on your personal data server just like your bsky posts.

Indeed, that's precisely what the atproto team is working on. Once it's ready for production use, app developers will be able to scope their permissions with finer granularity.
