I can help with that as I already got it (my Shamen is close to 200 vers so I've been doing Mythics on the regular till I got max ilvl. Also did the Mythic 30+ dungeon in under 30 achievement. Only Sergetei armor I don't have is the 100 world quests one.

we got 100 levels but easily 300-400 levels of MSQ experience or more. I think what they need to do is, once a new expac is launched, also patch the exp gains and level requirements of the prior expac. You go from 80-90 in EW 6.0 but then have 6.1 onward after that.
