I will say this much, it would be worthwhile to reach out to any maskbloc’s in that area to have them reach out that event so they could possibly be the ones to provide the masks or just be the ones to do the tabling/outreach

A wilder thought is those cons having a masking table that offers those resources for free alongside with educational materials as well!
