I used to think some pretty negative stuff about myself. And it occurred to me that if I heard someone say it to a friend, I'd be horrified. Changed how I think about myself a lot. Now when I think something really negative I can at least remind myself of what progress I've made as well.

I appreciate the citation, but I fear you missed the point I was making. AI is inherently unreliable. A journalist familiar with research and citations like Seth should be aware that turning to AI as a source is suspect on a very basic level.
