Oof, ok, tough one. For a long time, my favorite trio was the Sea Salt Trio (Axel, Roxas, Xion) because of the tragedy of their friendship storyline. But as of KH3, that has changed to the WayFinder trio (Terra, Aqua, Ven). I loved seeing their final resolution.
