Estimado señor Vázquez, Me dirijo a usted como ciudadana española profundamente preocupada por la propuesta conocida como “Chat Control”. Entiendo y comparto la necesidad urgente de luchar contra el abuso sexual infantil, pero considero que esta medida no es el camino adecuado. La implantación de sistemas de escaneo masivo de comunicaciones privadas supone acabar de facto con la privacidad de toda la ciudadanía y abre una vía muy peligrosa para limitar derechos fundamentales. Debilita la seguridad de todas las personas, también la de los menores a quienes pretende proteger, porque crea puertas traseras en el cifrado que podrían ser explotadas por ciberdelincuentes y poderes autoritarios. Europa ha sido históricamente un referente en la defensa de las libertades. Creo firmemente que podemos y debemos encontrar soluciones eficaces sin sacrificar los principios que sustentan nuestras sociedades democráticas. Por todo ello, le ruego que se posicione en contra de esta iniciativa. Agradezco mucho su atención y el trabajo que realiza en el Parlamento Europeo. Reciba un cordial saludo,

Ha pasado una semana de lo que debería ser el tema más importante en la actualidad del videojuego y tras un rato de búsqueda compruebo que solo 3 medios especializados de videojuegos le han dado cobertura.
