Also this is just to double check. But please check you are using the display/hdmi ports off of your GPU and not your motherboard. Perhaps thats why there's no signal output atm. I remember my first build i spent 4 days troubleshooting why it wouldn't boot and my cpu cooler wasnt installed correctly

In most states if it's 25 years old it's classified as a classic and may bypass the epa regulations, however i think Cali goes a step forward and still makes them illegal :/
