Forgot to share that the reviews are in and @qntm.org’s There is No Antiemetics Division is the book you need to be buying this season. It’s definitely my book of the year, and I can’t wait to sell the hell out of this at my bookstore!

Made some Taco Rice last night and honestly, this for lunch is about to go hard on the break room

Update I forgot to post last night: I'm unstoppable and made cake flour AND a pear and apple dump cake!

Sunday Dinner is ready to be consumed! Beef Stir Fry, Scallion/Leek/Garlic Scape Pancakes, and of course, some gyoza with some dipping sauce off to the side.

Speaking of gyoza, I took some good advice yesterday and made a big blate (bowl plate) of gyoza because sometimes you just wanna eat a bunch of gyoza. Topped them with a bunch of fresh green onions and a drizzle of some gyoza dipping sauce for a meal that definitely gave me the itis.
