I've been using mtgpics.com for a while now, highly recommend it!

AI used in a creative workflow for minimal improvements hardly seems worth the (rightful) indignation of the public, and an aggressive implementation as a cost/time cutting measure would damage the studio's artistic integrity.. it's just easier to NOT use it instead of having to justify it afterward
