HOT TAKE: When people say they love "indie games", they are usually talking about highly polished games made by mid-sized studios with sizeable budgets and a publisher -- NOT self-funded / self-published games made by one or two persons (i.e., true indie games).

I've started work on a NEW PROJECT: a platformer similar to old-school Castlevania. Currently working on a character who can walk, dash, crouch, jump, air-jump, spear-attack and throw stuff. I know it isn't much but imo it's a good starting point. It's still WIP.
