#20 is the Trails series! A testament to immaculate writing and worldbuilding, this is an author's dream. The amount of time, effort, and love that went into each line of dialogue, let alone the translation efforts, is an outpouring of passion for the craft.

#19 is... Dragon Quest! Each installation is like a collection of short stories, each chapter a novella. While each one begins and ends with a quest to defeat the great evil, it's the small moments helping each town and townsfolk that makes the series so memorable!

#18 is the retro Final Fantasies! It's hard to pick a single one that I like the most, because the simple RPG game loop that FF perfected is my kind of comfort game. Questing, leveling up, and watching our party members grow and flourish bit by bit is its own reward!

#17 is Paranormasight! A horror visual novel in a not so sleepy city. Twisted fates, curses a plenty, and a gripping plot that will keep you hooked! You've been warned! 😱

#16 is AI the Somnium Files series! It's Uchikochi at his weirdest! Detectives, mystery, absurdist delves into the inner psyche of the strangest people you'd ever meet. Also the music SLAPS!!

#13 has to go to 13 Sentinels! As someone who was never big on mechas, I was surprised how much I fell in love with the game. Be prepared to fall into a tangled web, unraveling the mysteries behind each friend, foe, and stranger. All with GIANT ROBOTS!

#12 is HUNDRED LINE! Uchikoshi AND Kodaka both worked on this??? That should speak for itself. Also, the Hundred in Hundred Line stands for how many hours it takes to finish it.
