If I read the Supreme Court’s judgment correctly, the Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992 must be interpreted in line with the Gender Recognition Act. This means that a trans person who holds a GRC have the ABSOLUTE legal right to use facilities that match their affirmed gender.

Cis people, there is no such thing as a “trans debate”. Trans people exist. What you’re really debating is whether you want to treat trans people like people or not.
Trans people are wonderful & deserve to exist freely. Both things will always be true whether you decide to love them or not.
