Also getting a product for free from a company does not make it immune to criticism.
Arlo got it for free but we don't so it'd be wholly useless as documentation if Arlo just glazed it because he got it for free.

This is part of the documentation of the DLC. People's experiences and opinions are valuable to know *precisely* what you'd be paying for. You can agree or disagree but this was Arlo documenting his experience.

I don't think it's laziness, I think it's just sheer malice. The lazy thing for the CEOs to do would be to just do nothing and unfortunately that's preferable in most situations.
