you are right... school should be 100 percent free (incl. living and stip.) The velocity of a program should be as positive or as close to zero as desired or required, allowable by program requirements. If only we had the will to truly care for our youngers. Its honestly heartbreaking.
If I’m not a customer then why do I pay so much? I’m definitely a customer and as a customer I have certain expectations for the service rendered.
